New Software Update for Daikin One+ Smart Thermostat

We're pleased to announce an Over-The-Air (OTA) software update (v1.5.0) for the Daikin One+ smart thermostat (part # DTST-CWBSA-NI-A).

This software update includes the following features and improvements

• Time to achieve cooling set point has been reduced as well as providing tighter temperature control.
• The thermostat control algorithm has been changed to ensure cooling set point is achieved as a priority. If further dehumidification is desired, optional contractor settings are available to overcool in one degree increments up to three degrees.

Please ensure your customers' Daikin One+ smart thermostats are connected to Wi-Fi to take advantage of these OTA improvements. With this update, new or existing installations in hot, humid climates should take advantage of the optional contractor settings to select the appropriate overcool setting to achieve a comfortable humidity level for the customer.
