New 2-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty Coverages

Learn about our new limited warranty coverages for applicable condensing units, gas furnaces, and residential packaged units!

We're pleased to announce, effective February 01, 2020, select Daikin residential unitary and packaged units will qualify for a 2-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty¹.

All models included in this warranty enhancement, manufactured on or after January 01, 2019 (serial number 1901XXXXXX and beyond), will retroactively qualify for the 2-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty¹. This retroactive change will occur systematically on January 31, 2020. Please note, all units listed below that are manufactured before January 1, 2019, are not eligible for the 2-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty.

The new 2-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty is in addition to the limited warranty coverage currently applicable to the selected units.

This new 2-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty does not apply to Daikin gas furnaces - all Daikin gas furnaces already include either a 6- or 12-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty¹.
