New Commissioning Report

Effective February 08, 2022, a new report is available for Daikin Comfort Pros using Daikin One Cloud Services.  The new Commissioning Report will capture all commissioning settings and parameters as well as performance metrics of the system at the time the report is run, creating a record of these settings that will be available for future reference as needed.  This report, in .pdf format, is suitable for printing or attaching to an email and can be generated as soon as the system is on Daikin One Cloud Services and can be run at any time during the life of the system, as many times as desired. Currently, this report is only available for unitary split systems, but, ductless and VRV systems will be added in future updates.   

 Uses

The Commissioning Report provides a complete record of all system settings that can be used as a "birth certificate" when run on the day of the install, verifying that the system was commissioned correctly.  It can also be used as a training and feedback tool for technicians. Because the report can be run again at any time, it will be useful in confirming what setting changes have been made and how those changes affect performance. The Commissioning Report is more thorough than the Homeowner Report, as it is intended to be used by dealers to optimize system performance, and as a record of system settings.  Both can be helpful in showing your prospective customers the detailed steps your team has taken to ensure a quality install.   

Creating the report

To generate the report, go to the customer's systems page on the web portal (not currently available on the mobile app), and below the unitary equipment list is a new window, "Reports".  Click on the "Generate Report" button, then choose "Commissioning Report".  Verify customer information, verify your company information including your company logo (Note:  company logo is required.  Upload it under "Organization"), and then verify system equipment, and click on "Preview Report" or "Generate Report".  Whenever a report is generated, it can be downloaded to be attached to an email or printed, and it will become part of that customer's Cloud Services file and available for review in Cloud Services at any time by the DCP.
