Key Information for Creating Up to 5 Zones with the EWC UT-3000
The UT-3000 zoning board can now control up to 5 zones, compared to only 3 zones previously, by twinning two UT-3000 zoning boards together. The Daikin One+ smart thermostats must be updated to the latest software (v1.9.5 or later). The UT-3000 must include the “Works with Daikin One+ smart thermostat” label on the packaging. • The zoning board software must be version v1.73 or later. For proper control, each zone must have an individual Daikin One+ smart thermostat connected to the UT-3000 zoning board. The installer must setup the Zone 1 as the primary thermostat for all commissioning, viewing, and adjusting equipment settings, then setup any additional thermostats for zones 2, 3, 4 and 5.
