Effective October 29, 2021, Cloud Services will allow each member to choose their own personal preferences for degree units and Critical Alert email notifications.

Clicking on the "human" icon in the top right corner of the Cloud Services portal will pull up a menu that includes Profile.  Clicking here will display your own personal profile and a new Preferences window, where you may choose Fahrenheit or Celsius as your preferred degree units, and toggle "Send Email Notification for Critical Alerts" on or off.  Each member of your organization will need to adjust their own preferences.

Note that you may choose your preferred degree units for the system overview screen and the Performance Charts screens, but when viewing your customers' thermostats, they will always show the customers; preferred unit they chose in thermostat settings.

Critical Alert emails may be turned off if desired but Push Notifications will continue to be sent to your smart device that has the Cloud Services app installed, unless you turn off Push Notifications in your smart device settings menu.

Field Settings for VRV systems now activated

Effective October 29, 2021, Field Settings for VRV systems using P1P2 will be enabled through Cloud Services.  This will make the setup and commissioning of VRV systems even easier for technicians, who can access these settings remotely through the Cloud Services app or portal.

Daikin One Plus Serial Number will now auto populate on Cloud Services

Effective with thermostats manufactured in June 2021, serial numbers of Daikin One Plus Smart Thermostats will now auto-populate in Cloud Services.  This change will simplify the setup of systems within the Cloud Services tool.

A new "Refresh" feature can now be found in the Customer's System Overview page that will refresh new thermostats installed on a system.

If a thermostat is replaced, it can now appear on Cloud Services simply by clicking on "Refresh" in the " žžž " menu found above the customer information on the System overview page.  The old thermostat will be removed, and the new thermostat will be shown, simplifying change outs for the technician.
