This month’s DCP Spotlight features Harding Heating and Air Conditioning www.TeamHardingComfort.com (Harding) of Ottawa, Ontario Canada, who have recognized that homeowner video testimonials are a great way to share the features and benefits of high-end HVAC equipment from one homeowner to another. Harding’s video testimonials have provided a unique, consistent selling tool for their sales team when introducing Daikin to homeowners. Their video testimonials have provided relatable scenarios for new customers, who might be unfamiliar with Daikin and Daikin products, to help them become familiar with and meet their needs through Daikin systems.

It is very typical for a contractor salesperson to recognize the need to first educate the homeowner who is not up to date on the latest HVAC trends and technologies available to them; this is where the video testimonial can really make a difference in the introduction of a Daikin system and how it may meet their needs. The video takes the homeowners through the process of working with Harding and why they chose a Daikin Fit system!
